- Dispatch board: status of every load, driver and truck in one view
- Load management: one record per load with rate, stops, broker, documents and history
- AI document parsing: extracts rate, stops, dates and reference numbers from rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs; flags mismatches and missing signatures
- Weekly planning: builds a weekly plan per driver from lanes, hours of service, home time and minimum rate
- Settlements: itemized statements built from delivered loads
- AI copilot: ranks loads, screens brokers, drafts counteroffers and messages; never books without human approval

## Freight dispatch services (separate from the software)
Sonex Logistics LLC also dispatches freight for owner-operators and small carriers in all 48 contiguous states: load finding, rate negotiation, paperwork, 24/7 support. The carrier approves every load.
